Jon Udell is a cannabis attorney and litigator with Rose Law Group as well as the Communications Director for Arizona NORML. In connection with his law practice, Jon has advised dispensaries about regulatory issues, litigated cases concerning the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act, and advised multi-state operators attempting to enter Arizona’s cannabis market. Additionally, with Arizona NORML, Jon played a leading role in developing the organization’s messaging for Prop. 207, discussed the initiative with countless Arizona voters, lobbied legislators, and fielded numerous media inquiries on behalf of the organization. To date, Jon has been quoted in articles published by the Phoenix New Times, Law 360, KYMA Yuma, Fox 10 Phoenix, the Tuscon Weekly, and Marijuana Moment. Most recently, he was featured as one of the Arizona Republic’s Faces of Arizona for his personal experiences with medical marijuana, as well as the criminal justice system, and his volunteer work expunging marijuana offenses in Arizona.
